Sunday , August 31, the nation of Malaysia celebrates her 51st. year of Independence. We thank God for this nation where people of many faiths are able to live together. We have seen God’s hand in the many trying situations the nation has gone through. We have seen the nation grow from an unknown spot in South East Asia to one of the Asian Tigers. As Malaysians we are indeed glad this is our home, country and people.
Thus as we celebrate “Merdeka” , we pray that God will give us the burden for the nation. A vision to see the nation transform into one that will encompass the “fear of God” This can only be done if people come to a conviction in their spirits. This is where CBSI and we as members of every CBSI class in the country have a role to play. Getting people into God’s word. It is God’s word that will set our nation free of corruption, violence, injustice and waste. God has blessed Malaysia for a purpose. Pray this Sunday for Malaysia to walk in God’s favour.
