We are here to encourage them to engage with God’s word and the class discussion. Our ultimate aim is to make them confident in handling God’s word. They could be your future class leaders. See that they are comfortable. Find them a seat besides a member who is gentle and patience. In this way you will be caring for them. Remember , many who come to your class need and long for love. Shepherd them well.
