About Our Speaker:
Rev Dr. Tan Jin Huat is an Anglican minister and is the Dean of Studies at the Seminar Teologi Malaysia, Seremban. He is a New Testament Scholar and the author of a number of books and articles. He is a gifted teacher and an inspiring preacher.
Many of you have inquired whether CBSI had Bible studies in Tamil and Chinese. This is to let you know that we now do have some of the material in these languages and if you are interested please get in touch with the National Director, Rev Fred David for a chat.
There are some requirements but above all we are here to serve you.
A small group leaders Training will be held at Life Sanctuary, Damansara Intan on Wednesday 11 July 2012 at 8.00pm. Please bring you Bible with you. All other materials will be provided.
The training in an ongoing training to raise more Bible study leader who will be able to handle the word of God with confident and make people feel comfortable. It will be conducted by Rev Fred David, the National Director ans Ps.Peter Hanscamp the Asia Pacific Director.

Asia Pacific is so so big
Rev Fred gave the summary lecture on John Chapter 8 entitled ” The Truth is Revealed in Jesus” The challenge for us in the 21st. century is to take the truth and apply it to our lives so that Jesus will be “The great I Am” in all situations.
After the lecture Ps. Peter Hanscamp shared the latest developments in CBSI and especially in the Asia Pacific Region. He emphasized that the area was so vast and yet it is our desire to see “Everyone in the world… in the World”
Peter will be co-training with Rev Fred 15 small group leaders on Wednesday 11 July at Life Sanctuary. Please pray for this training. Our pray is to raise more men and women to lead Bible study groups well.

There will be a small group leaders training on Wednesday 8.00pm at Life Sanctuary, Damansara Intan (opposite Tropicana Mall) This is open to all small group leaders and potential leaders in the Klang Valley. Come and equip yourself for a meaningful ministry.

Our class in JB will resume on Thursday 4 July at 8.30pm. We will continue to meet at the Church of Good Shepherd, Kebun Teh, JB. Please inform all members of this and if you have friends who would like to know more about the Bible this is a great opportunity.
This study is open to anyone from any church who would like to deepen your understanding of God’s word. This will be conducted in a non-threatening environment with care and love being our hallmark.
JB Class will be studying Paul’s Letter to the Ephesians this semester.
We praise God that most Classes will resume this week. We trust that you have had wonderful holiday and are ready for another semester of studying God’s word.
It was very encouraging to see that some of our members who have been away for a while have returned. We trust that this semester would be fruitful to you. Please inform all your friends that classes have resume. We look to having a few new members too. It is not too late to join the class.
The Damansara class completes their study of James next Friday. For many this is the first time that they have seriously studied a book in depth with guided discussions and good summary lectures. They are now ready to go on and have selected Paul’s letter to the Ephesians as their next study.
This will begin on Wednesday 4 July at Life Sanctuary at 8.00pm, Damansara Intan. Please let others know of the opportunity to study God’s word in an environment that is caring and comfortable. Our aim is to make all confident in God’s word. Praying that God will move the hearts of many to study his word.
