Joan who is the wife of the Vicar of St. Barnabas, Church, Klang where a CBSI Class is running said that God had given her a double bonus in that she was able to fully participate in her small group and to be ministered by God though the lecture. She was praying that her 2 little children would not be too burdensome while the class was on. To her surprise she found that her children with another child had “transformed” into angels and occupied themselves with their own “studies” . God will open the door for those who desire His Word. Amen
DOUBLE BONUS!!!!!!
80year old attends CBSI Class

Mrs. Chelliah
Asked what she had learnt from her study of James, she says, “I love to gossip and watch televison. But James has taught me to control my tongue and use it and my time for God’s Glory”
Let’s say “Amen” to that. CBSI Classes are live changing even for 80year olds. If you have not been to a good Bible Study it is not too late to attend one. Please check our site to see where the classes are for the coming year 2010.
Mary Das the coordinator for the Klang class did a fantastic job in keeping the class on its toes. The number of 100% attendance at the Klang class has been the highest in Malaysia. Well Done! Mary testified that she was surprised to read in our blog that the CBSI team were praying for at least 2 years for this class to happen in Klang. Our God is a faithful God. One of the contributing factors was that the Vicar (Senior Pastor) himself attended all the classes and even led one of the classes.
As the teaching leader, I just felt that it was a team spirit right from the training to the Thanksgiving supper on Thursday 22 October 2009.
Praise the Lord.
New Session in Ipoh
We are please to announce that a new session will start on Wednesdays at the YMCA, Ipoh at 8.00pm , They will be doing the “Pastoral Letters” and will begin with 1 Timothy. Fred David will co-teach this class with Dr. Teoh who is the Coordinator in Ipoh.
PLEASE INVITE YOUR FRIENDS TO THIS CLASS
It has been a tremendous joy teaching the class in Klang on James. The average attendance has been over 65 and there were 7 groups. The class coordinator, Ms. Mary Das did a wonderful job in encouraging and motivating her class members to achieve this good attendance. The final session will be held on Thursday 22 October before they take a break at the end of the year.
To all those who had a 100% attendance I want to congratulate you. But I pray that this will give you the desire to study God’s Word in greater depth. I pray that James has made an impact in your Christian life.
God Bless you.

Classs Coordinator’s Husband joins CBSI
Bro. Rata is the husband of Mary who is the JB Class coordinator. He came to the class because he had to drive and wait for his wife. After the first week he decided that rather than sitting waiting in the car, it would make no difference if he sat in the class. He decided to join one of the groups and has stayed in that group till the class closed last week, after finishing the Book of James. Rata says, ” He has learnt much about character building though the course and will return to the CBSI studies when the next round begins.” Praise the Lord. People are indeed getting into God’s word.
Fruitful Training

Saturday 5 September at 9.00am the proposed training in Klang, a 25 minute drive from the Capital Kuala Lumpur was conducted. 18 potential small group leaders turned up for the training . It was very encouraging to see the Vicar of the host church also signing up for the training.
The class in Klang will held on Wednesdays starting from Wednesday 9 September at 8.00pm. They will be studying the Book of James. Mrs Mary Das has been appointed the Coordinator. Please pray for her as she gets all the logistics worked out. Thank you for your prayers.
